The aforementioned documents determined the foreign policy of the republic, such as the generalized overview of the international standing of the Ukrainian National Republic, notes addressed to Russia, Poland and other States, and circulars on state of relations with Russia, Poland and the Volunteer army. The reports, letters and leaders’ notes have also been arranged and include: Ukrainian National Republic’s delegations to the Paris peace conference, the conference of the Baltic States, the League of Nations, the Riga Peace Conference, as well as the republic’s missions to France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Denmark, Holland and Belgium, and Ukrainian National Republic’s embassies in Austria, Turkey and Germany.
