Goncharenko Maksym Eduardovich, architect, born 20.04.1967, Kyiv. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute (1992), Candidate of Architecture (2000, specialty: Theory of Architecture, Restoration of Architectural Monuments). Worked:

– Kyiv Research Institute of Theory and History of Architecture and Urban Planning (1999 – 2005, senior researcher, head of the department);

– Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (2005 – 2006, associate professor);

– Institute of Art History, Folklore and Ethnology named after M. Rylsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2006 – 2007, research fellow);

– LLC “Center for Frame Construction” (2008 – 2012, chief architect of the project);

– LLC “Try-Pillya” (2013 – 2018, chief architect of the project);

– LLC “GK-Project” (since 2015, director, chief architect of the project).

Projects

Completed 190 architectural and construction projects, including:

Projects of residential high-rise buildings in the cities of Vinnytsia (8 objects), Dnipro (4), Zhytomyr (5), Zaporizhia (2), Lutsk (6), Lviv (4), Mykolaiv (2), Rivne (4 objects), Ternopil (4), Kharkiv (3), Khmelnytskyi (3), Cherkasy (6 objects), Chernivtsi (5), Chornomorsk (until 2016 – Illichivsk, 4 objects, etc.

Development of the concept and sketch of the Historical-Archaeological Cultural-Educational Complex near the village. within the framework of the tourist route “Golden Wreath of Kyiv Region” of the innovative project “Journeys to Ancient Agricultural Cultures and Traditions of Eastern Europe”. (2006, chief architect of the project).

Implemented 21 urban development projects, including: "General plan for the development of areas of the National Reserve"", located on the Heraclea Peninsula." – Research Institute of Theory and History of Architecture and Urban Planning (2001 – 2002, co-author, head – Andrushchenko M.P.)

In 2003-2006, he developed 46 historical and urban planning justifications for the city of Kyiv, defining protection zones for cultural heritage sites for construction in historical buildings, in particular:

– Historical and urban planning justification “Allocation of territories of the “Feofania” tract” according to the General Plan of Kyiv;

– Historical and urban planning justification “Reconstruction and improvement of the park-monument of landscape art of national importance “Feofaniya” and adjacent territories” with demonstration materials”;

– Historical and urban planning justification and development of protection zones for the cultural heritage object of national importance “Observatory, 1841-1845” ((Protected No. 890)

Preparation of the “List of Historical Settlements of Ukraine (Villages)”, carried out in September 2003 – January 2005 by order of the Department of Restoration and Reconstruction of Historical Buildings of the State Construction Agency of Ukraine (scientific supervisor, executor for the Mykolaiv, Kherson and Chernivtsi regions) – 917 p.

Preparation of a Proposal for the inclusion of the historical center of Odessa in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List (2003, author in the author’s team).

Preparation of exhibition material for the submission of the historical and cultural reserve territory of Chernivtsi as an object of nomination to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List (2004, responsible executor, director V. A. Abyzov).

Participation in the Expert Commission of the competition of project proposals for the creation of the State Historical and Memorial Complex of Victims of the Holodomor, Political Repressions and Violent Actions (2004, member of the commission).
